El trabajo investigativo parte del análisis del ámbito de competencia del Notario de Fé Pública y del Juez de instrucción en Materia Civil referente a los trámites administrativos relacionados con el Derecho de Sucesiones, el razonamiento jurídico que justifica la realización del presente trabajo parte del estudio del actual Cdgo. del Pdto. Civil Boliviano (art. 640) así como la Ley de Organización Judicial en su art. 134 inc. 3
The investigative work starts from the analysis of the field of competence of the Notary Public and the Investigating Judge in Civil Matter concerning the administrative proceedings related to the Law of Succession, the legal reasoning that justifies the accomplishment of this work is part of the study of the current Cdgo. Of Pdto. Civil Code (Article 640) as well as the Law on Judicial Organization in its art. 134 inc. 3
