El presente trabajo se propuso como objetivo general, determinar el nivel de conocimiento e información que tienen las familias y juntas vecinales del distrito 5 del municipio de Sucre, sobre el mecanismo constitucional de Control Social para lograr una efectiva construcción del nuevo Estado, que plantea como forma de gobierno de democracia representativa, comunitaria y participativa, siendo esta última la más significativa e importante, ya que busca la inclusión de la ciudadanía en la gestión pública par el bien común de todos los estantes y habitantes de nuestro país

The objective of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and information that the families and neighborhood councils of the district 5 of the municipality of Sucre have on the constitutional mechanism of Social Control in order to achieve an effective construction of the new State. Form of government of representative, communitarian and participative democracy, the latter being the most significant and important, since it seeks the inclusion of citizenship in public management for the common good of all shelves and inhabitants of our country
