Capítulo 1. Marco teórico, Capítulo 2. Diagnóstico, Capítulo 3. Propuesta, conclusiones y recomendaciones

En el capítulo I, en el componente del marco teórico, primordialmente se registra el proceso histórico de la inclusión de los principios y calores en las diversas reformas constitucionales; a su vez en el marco conceptual se anota las comprensiones, los significados y las caracterizaciones de los principios y valores en el contexto nacional e internacional. El capítulo II, incluye los distintos cuadros de los resultados de la indagación mediante entrevistas a la población seleccionada que fueron: funcionarios del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, los abogados del área constitucional y los litigantes en casos constitucionales, los mismos que permitieron arribar a conclusiones del diagnóstico, donde sobre sale la poca inclusión de los principios y valores en las sentencias constitucionales y la insatisfacción de los litigantes y abogados a las mismas.

In chapter I, in the component of the theoretical framework, the historical process of the inclusion of the principles and heats in the various constitutional reforms is registered; At the same time, in the conceptual framework, understandings, meanings and characterizations of the principles and values in the national and international context are noted. Chapter II, includes the different tables of the results of the inquiry through interviews to the selected population that were: officials of the Plurinational Constitutional Court, the lawyers of the constitutional area and the litigants in constitutional cases, which allowed to arrive at conclusions of the diagnosis , where the low inclusion of the principles and values in the constitutional judgments and the dissatisfaction of the litigants and lawyers to them come out.
