El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó sobre las estrategias de dramatización, juego de roles para mejorar la práctica de ética en la carrera de secretariado ejecutivo, del Instituto Técnico Superior de Educación Comercial ITSEC Sucre, para fortalecer los procesos educativos, lo cual partió del problema de: Cómo contribuir mejorar la práctica de la ética en la carrera de secretariado ejecutivo, del Instituto Técnico Superior de Educación Comercial ITSEC Sucre, si actualmente solo se abordan contenidos y no se logra el fortalecimiento de los procesos educativos desde los valores siendo el objetivo general del trabajo de investigación el diseñar estrategias metodológicas de dramatización, juego de roles para contribuir a mejorar la práctica de ética para la carrera de secretariado ejecutivo, del Instituto Técnico Superior de Educación Comercial ITSEC Sucre, que fortalezca la formación de los estudiantes.

The present research work was carried out on dramatization strategies, role play to improve the practice of ethics in the career of executive secretariat, of the Higher Technical Institute of Commercial Education ITSEC Sucre, to strengthen educational processes, which started from the problem of: How to contribute to improving the practice of ethics in the career of executive secretariat, of the Higher Technical Institute of Commercial Education ITSEC Sucre, if currently only content is addressed and the strengthening of educational processes is not achieved from the values being the general objective of the research work to design methodological strategies of dramatization, role play to contribute to improving the practice of ethics for the career of executive secretariat, of the Higher Technical Institute of Commercial Education ITSEC Sucre, which strengthens the training of students.
