El presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra dirigido a identificar si existe la posibilidad de presentarse la negativa de anuencia de los copropietarios ante cualquier acto de disposición que quiera realizar uno de ellos, y las posibles salidas jurídicas ante la falta de consentimiento o negativa de anuencia para la disposición de derechos sin afectar la acción y derecho del o los otros propietarios, sobre todo de los contratos de compra venta de acciones y derechos y su posterior registro en las oficinas pertinentes.

The present research work is aimed at identifying if there is the possibility of presenting the refusal of consent of the co-owners before any act of disposition that wants to perform one of them, and the possible legal solutions in the absence of consent or refusal of consent for the disposition of rights without affecting the action and right of the other owners, especially of the purchase and sale of shares and rights contracts and their subsequent registration in the relevant offices.
