Esta tesis de maestría está divida en tres capítulos, el primero es una reseña histórica de los antecedentes históricos, dogmáticos y doctrinarios sobre la reelección presidencial. El segundo capítulo, es la parte eminentemente investigativa del trabajo ya que contiene las entrevistas realizada a expertos del área, expertos que fueron cuidadosamente escogidos, posteriormente a la recolección se hizo una contrastación con los componentes del marco teórico y después se concluyó una breve síntesis de cada aporte. El tercer capítulo contiene la propuesta consistente en la modificación de la línea jurisprudencial iniciada por la Sentencia Constitucional Plurinacional N° 0084/2017 de 28 de noviembre de 2017, Por último pero no menos importante, el trabajo investigativo contiene las conclusiones y recomendaciones, las conclusiones responden a los objetivos específicos de la investigación y las recomendaciones son una amonestación de los posibles alcances posteriores de la investigación y factores que no fueron parte de la investigación pero podrían mejorar la problemática.

This master's thesis is divided into three chapters, the first is a historical review of the historical, dogmatic and doctrinal background to presidential re-election. The second chapter is the eminently investigative part of the work, since it contains interviews with experts in the area, experts who were carefully chosen. After the collection, a contrast was made with the components of the theoretical framework and a brief synthesis of each contribution was concluded. The third chapter contains the proposal consisting of the modification of the jurisprudential line initiated by Constitutional Plurinational Judgment No. 0084/2017 of November 28, 2017, Last but not least, the research work contains the conclusions and recommendations, the conclusions respond to the specific objectives of the research and the recommendations are a warning of the possible subsequent scopes of the research and factors that were not part of the research but could improve the problem.
