As one of the duties of Bolivians is to protect and defend an adequate environment for the development of beings established by the Political Constitution of the State, states. On the other hand, one has the constitutional right to a healthy environment protected and healthy. Where the exercise of this right must allow individuals and collectivities of present and future generations, in addition to other living beings to develop in a normal manner. All this means that the State must implement environmental policies that must be oriented towards a propitious and healthy environment, seeking balance between agrarian activity, inputs, use of technology and the environment, seeking a true sustainable development.

Como uno de los deberes de las bolivianas y bolivianos es proteger y defender un medio ambiente adecuado para el desarrollo de los seres establecidos por la Constitución Política del Estado, establece. Por otra parte, se tiene el derecho constitucional a un medio ambiente saludable protegido y saludable. Donde el ejercicio de este derecho debe permitir a los individuos y colectividades de las presentes y futuras generaciones, además de otros seres vivos a desarrollarse de manera normal. Todo esto lleva que el Estado debe implementar políticas ambientales que deben estar orientadas hacia un ambiente propicio y sano, buscando el equilibrio entra la actividad agraria, insumos, uso de tecnología y el medio ambiente, buscando un verdadero desarrollo sostenible.
