El presente informe de tesis es el resultado de una investigación de la enseñanza de la Cultura Tributaria a los estudiantes del 5to nivel de secundaria del Sistema Educativo Regular en el Distrito Escolar de Potosí, porque se considera de mucha importancia realizar investigaciones que contribuyan a establecer una Cultura Tributaria en la población estudiantil. La Cultura Tributaria es uno de los mecanismos que contribuye a establecer la legitimidad social respecto al pago de los tributos, para lograr ese objetivo es importante contar con una educación cívico-tributaria, inculcando el reconocimiento de valores básicos de la ciudadanía y la sociedad, implantando estos conceptos en el Sistema Educativo Regular.

This thesis report is the result of a research on the teaching of Tax Culture to students of the 5th level of high school of the Regular Educational System in the School District of Potosi, because it is considered of great importance to conduct research that contributes to establish a Tax Culture in the student population. Tax Culture is one of the mechanisms that contribute to establish social legitimacy with respect to the payment of taxes. To achieve this objective, it is important to have a civic-tax education, instilling the recognition of basic values of citizenship and society, implementing these concepts in the Regular Educational System.
