La siguiente investigación consiste en un relevamiento de información mediante instrumentos de obtención directa donde se observe la relación que existe, el nivel de educación y esa preparación que obtiene un individuo y su acceso al mercado laborar y nivel socio económico. El estudio plantea la siguiente interrogante: ¿Desconociendo el contexto ocupacional de los egresados del Hogar de Acogida CINCA impide formular estrategias que motiven y orienten a los presentes beneficiarios que cursan los últimos años de secundaria a elegir y terminar una carrera profesional? En esta perspectiva se pudo evidenciar que un individuo, para este caso un ex beneficiario, cuanto mejor invierta en su preparación y fortalezca sus habilidades, tiene mejores posibilidades en el mercado laboral y mejora su calidad de vida.

The following investigation consists of a survey of information through direct obtaining instruments where the relationship that exists, the level of education and that preparation that an individual obtains and their access to the labor market and socioeconomic level are observed. The study raises the following question: Does not knowing the occupational context of the graduates of the CINCA Shelter Home prevent the formulation of strategies that motivate and guide the present beneficiaries who are in their last years of secondary school to choose and finish a professional career? In this perspective, it was possible to show that an individual, in this case a former beneficiary, the better he invests in his preparation and strengthens his skills, he has better possibilities in the labor market and improves his quality of life.
